Request Your Consumption Data
If you have a smart or advanced meter at your premises, you can request a copy of your consumption data – you’ll be able to access the previous 12 months’ data, starting from the date your meter was installed. Having access to this data can help you evaluate your energy usage over time and identify ways to save energy and costs.
Requesting your data is straightforward, just fill in the form below and we’ll be in contact with you within the next 10 days.
If you are a nominated third-party requesting data on behalf of one of our customers, please ensure that the Letter of Authority below is also completed. Please note that this form is for consumption data requests only. To request any other information, please ensure a fully completed LOA is sent to info@switchingon.com
Data Consumption Request Form
Consumption data: we can only supply the consumption data for the last 12 months. If your smart meter was installed less than 12 months ago, we will provide the data available at the point of request.
*LOAs must contain all relevant information for us to identify the customer, be signed within the last 12 months and be either on the customer’s letterhead or include a digital certificate/audit trail clearly showing the customer’s email address.
