Cover when you need it most

As a small business specialist, we know that reliable Telecoms and Broadband services are extremely important to you, but unfortunately sometimes a fault occurs which can be devastating and costly to repair.

That’s why we have developed our new Line Assurance product especially for you.
For just £3.31 per line, per month, and an additional £1.10 if you have broadband on the line1, you’ll have “Line Assurance” and peace of mind that you’re covered2. So, you can:

  • Avoid paying unexpected call out charges and help manage your cash flow.
  • Enjoy 2 MONTHS FREE and cancel at anytime.3

So, what do you need to do?

Absolutely nothing. Unless you’ve already opted out, Line Assurance will be activated on your line(s). If you experience a fault, simply give one of our customer service advisors a call and if we can’t fix your issue over the phone, we’ll arrange for an engineer to come out to you at no extra cost2. We’ll also keep you updated with the engineers’ progress until the work is completed and your service fully restored.

What if you don’t want Line Assurance?

That’s no problem. If you decide that Line Assurance is not for you, simply give us a call and we’ll cancel it for you. If you change your mind and want to add Line Assurance back onto your lines, you can do this at any time and it will take effect from the start of the following month.

You must be able to provide access to the affected site at the time of the scheduled appointment and must complete any equipment checks we request prior to the appointment being made.
