To ensure excellent customer service, Unicom measures response times when answering phone calls, corresponding with customers, and getting customers' services up and running.

  • Calls answered quickly
    Answering and dealing with customer enquiries is of huge importance to us and so our Customer Service employees aim to answer all incoming calls as fast as they can. At busy times our response time might vary but on most occasions you can expect an answer within seconds. The below graph shows the percentage of times we’ve answered within 6 seconds over the last few months.

  • Letters replied to in 3 days
    All letters should be replied to in less than 3 working days, from the date of receipt. Our correspondence team aims to consistently achieve a success level of over 95% and all customers can expect a prompt reply to any letter that they send to us.
