Unicom has once again been awarded the internationally recognised quality management standard ISO 9001:2008, the Customer Service Excellence standard and the Investors in People standard.
Mark Draper, Development Manager, explains: “Retaining three of our core accreditations is a fantastic testament of our commitment to each area. This is the fifth year in a row we have retained the ISO 9001, confirming the high level of working practices within all aspects of Unicom’s operations. It is the third year running we have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard for providing customers with a high quality service. And it is the second time we have met the stringent criteria and achieved compliance to the Investors in People standard, confirming our continued commitment to our employees.
“The independent Investors in People assessor highlighted the supportive nature of management, the strong emphasis on development and opportunities made available for staff and ongoing commitment to excellence and change. This has been a busy month as we have a number of projects in development, but we are pleased that despite our continued growth and diversification we are maintaining the core values which helped us grow to our current level.” concluded Draper.
